tomorrowstea asked: What do you consider a healthy limit on sweets and indulgences? I'm not really trying to lose weight, but like you, I'm a college student trying to maintain a healthy and fit lifestyle. A lot of fitspo and the like suggests indulgence twice a month or once a week?! That seems so... sparse, to me... Thoughts?

Last night, we did a fitness class that probably was the most fun thing ever!! It was called 30/20/10. So we started with 30 minutes of Zumba, who knew Zumba was so fun and such a good work out?! Then 20 minute of spin, probably the hardest thing ever! Even more hard than the 1 hour class we took. And then 10 minutes of abs! So fun and I just want to take it again!
