I'm a 20 something college student trying to become better at staying healthy and fit. I try and eat healthy but end up relapsing with sweets and all around bad food. I'm searching for motivation, clarity and all around drive. And if I happen to motivate people along the way, I'm okay with that! |
I’ve never been one to count calories, but today I was kind of curious. It’s almost 9 o’clock and I’ve figured I’ve had about 600 calories. This is a normal day for me, and I don’t even feel hungry! What’s going on with me??
