I'm a 20 something college student trying to become better at staying healthy and fit. I try and eat healthy but end up relapsing with sweets and all around bad food. I'm searching for motivation, clarity and all around drive. And if I happen to motivate people along the way, I'm okay with that! |

I keep thinking my thighs will NEVER get smaller! One of my biggest fears as well. But seriously, it will take about 3 months to shape thighs and to really notice a difference. So don’t expect to just wake up one morning and have the perfect thighs!! Really focus on eating healthy; make sure you’re eating enough too! At least 1200 calories a day and stay away from processed foods. Mix up your cardio work outs, that will help with slimming town your thighs and getting rid of that belly fat! Do a lot of abs!! Like every day, and mix up those ab work outs so you really shock em’ :) let me know how your work outs go and your progress!!
