I'm a 20 something college student trying to become better at staying healthy and fit. I try and eat healthy but end up relapsing with sweets and all around bad food. I'm searching for motivation, clarity and all around drive. And if I happen to motivate people along the way, I'm okay with that! |

Yes!!! I love doing the smith machine for lunges and squats (it’s like a bench bar on tracks) and I do 3 sets of 12 reps per leg, going up weight. And then for squats. Make sure your butt goes past your knees! Also, I do donkey kicks! All of these are really going to help down your booty and make it look amazing!!
