Fighting For Health & Fitness

I'm a 20 something college student trying to become better at staying healthy and fit. I try and eat healthy but end up relapsing with sweets and all around bad food. I'm searching for motivation, clarity and all around drive. And if I happen to motivate people along the way, I'm okay with that!
